Scroll to the bottom of the Properties page and click “Submit a Property.” Fill out the form with the property name, address, photos, and any other details, then click “Save.” Your submission will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Which cities are supported?
We currently support Ann Arbor, MI, with plans to expand based on demand. If you’d like to see Project Turnkey in your city, let us know via the Feedback form!
How accurate is the property information?
Listings aggregate public data from tenant‑resource sites and owner websites, plus real tenant reviews. If you notice any errors, you can flag them directly on the listing or submit an update request.
Is there a mobile app?
Project Turnkey is a PWA—install it on your device right now through your browser (no app store required) and enjoy a native‑like experience offline.
